REFUNDS AND RETURNS — We want you to be happy with your Christina Moss Naturals® purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within the first 30 days for store credit, a replacement or a full refund of the actual purchase price. In the case of a refund, any code associated with the purchase is forfeited by the customer.

IMPORTANT — Include your order number, your full name and address (as it appears on your order) and the reason for your return.
Item must be returned in the original bottle or jar.
Please note that refunds may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process and will be refunded back to the payment method used. It will cover the original price you paid at the time of purchase, minus any shipping fees.
AFTER 30 DAYS — If you are dissatisfied with your item and it is between 30 days to 6 months since your purchase, we will either replace your item or issue a store credit.
Any item purchased from the OUTLET is accepted as-is. Refunds and replacements do not apply to these items. Gift cards are not refundable. Free gifts from Christina Moss Naturals are not refundable or returnable. Any buy-one, get-one-free purchase is not refundable.
