The original facial moisturizer contains aloe and an assortment of essential oils including anise which has a strong fragrance which I absolutely love. For those who don’t know what anise smells like it is very similar to black licorice. If fragrance is not your thing and you still want to try this brand they also make an unscented version.

I love the size of this bottle, it fits perfectly, in any size purse/travel bag. The pump design allows for no mess/waste and dispenses the perfect amount every time. It has a soft creamy texture, that’s thin in consistency. First thing I noticed, was an intense black licorice scent “star anise” which faded gradually. You only need a small amount to cover ‘face/neck/decollatė” A little goes a long way, so…. this bottle will last awhile, making it very affordable! It absorbed slowly into my skin and didn’t leave any tacky/greasy residue. My skin felt soft, silky and moisturized, with NO weird sensations.

I received your letter and would like to express my LOVE for your products! I recently went on a girls trip with some of my closest buds. Of course when you are with your friends you just have to try their products!! 🙂 I noticed that they all used animal cruelty and natural products. I am absolutely against animal cruelty and I support causes like ASPCA and others, however I never really thought about the products that I purchase on a regular basis. This is a really wonderful facial moisturizer. I have been using it for 3 months now. I have been using both the unscented and Anise (one at night and other in the am) since I love the smell of licorice and know it adds benefits healthwise and detoxifies. The smell disipates pretty fast which is usual for a high quality organic oil. I must say that both of these moisturizers are very thick and concentrated so a little goes a long way. It has been very enriching to my skin and really keeps it hydrated all day and night. My friends even mentioned how radiant & moist my skin looks. I never feel like there is a layer of anything either left over as I am sensitive to that. It does soak in and doesn’t leave a filmy feel. I haven’t found anything like this and will be using these for a long time. A friend of mine had an extreme facial dryness due to a treatment he received and I suggested he try these. He didn’t like Anise smell so he chose the unscented one. It handled the issue within a week of using it which was very surprising that it was so immediate. It is the most economical I can find being so concentrated. I also let another friend who tried the Anise one for a month and she had all the same things to say that I do. I am always looking for 100% Certified Organic products and this one wins over all those I have tried. I highly recommend it.

I’m very pleased with this lotion. I’ve been trying different facial lotions because I have extremely bad rosacea, and everything seemed to irritate it. However, this lotion works wonders! It doesn’t leave a sticky film and really hydrates, plus it doesn’t add anymore redness to my sensitive skin. It smells like licorice too!

This moisturizer is extremely impressive. I’ve spent a lot of money on all natural moisturizers, and have not gotten the results I’m getting with this moisturizer. I tend to have consistent small break outs and redness on my face, not extreme, but still enough to where I always powder my face before going out so my complexion is even. After using the face wash and the moisturizer for two weeks, the redness seemed to reduce significantly. I’m recommending this to everyone!
PS. It would be great if they could formulate a daily moisturizer that provides sun protection for summer days.

This moisturizer is the best I have tried so far. I would definitely recommend it. The texture is very light but very nutritious though. The cream absorbs very quickly and keep hydrating the skin all day long – the skin feels unbelievably elastic and moisturized from the inside. None of the creams I used before gave me such a result. I was surprised that you can use is as undereye cream as well, and I can say it is quite light for the undereye area and work good for a daytime. I have even put it on my lips and it moisturized them just perfectly! Many people are complaining about the specific smell of liquorice but I have to admit that after a few weeks of using I got used to it and now I even like it. Very economical in use – I have it for more than 3 months now, use it twice daily and still did not run out of it.
The only thing what I found as a disadvantage – the cream can be quite oily for combination/oily types of skin. Mine is combination and I can see my oily ares becomes shiny after a while. I believe it is because of oils in the composition. But I belive it will wrok perfectly for those with dry skin type.

Bought it several times. It’s become my go-to for daily moisturizer. I alternate it with another product I use at night but for me, this is a highly effective moisturizing facial lotion that gives my skin a fresh feeling, seems to even skin tone and I love the way it smells. I’ve used many more expensive and this is just as good – if not better. I have slightly dry to normal skin. I’m 63 and don’t look it. Can’t say this is why….but I’m about to buy it again. The quality to me, is obvious.

I overall like and am satisfied with this product. I have extremely sensitive skin and have found that even a lot of what I’ve tried while transitioning to organic products have caused rashes and horrible breakouts even at age 28. This product didn’t, and I and my husband don’t mind the licorice scent. He says it just smells like soap and clean to him, and I actually find it kind of nice and refreshing. I will say though, my face feels moisturized, but I haven’t noticed a real difference in the appearance of my face when I wake up. I feel like some other things (like simple good quality organic olive oil) is more soothing and brightening for me, although I’m not crazy about smelling like olive oil… so I’ve been mixing a drop or two in with this moisturizer. Also, I’m super picky about ingredients that I’m trying to stay away from, and don’t feel like I know enough yet to know whether or not vegetable glycerin is bad. If someone has any information about that it would be helpful in deciding if I’ll be trying other Christina Moss products. I know since it’s organic it’s probably okay, but $20 is a lot for me to spend on a moisturizer, so I would have to feel great about the whole ingredient list to keep on buying.

Oh God, where do it start?! I’m in love!
I have large pores & oily skin (plus also sensitive..) and was struggling to find the right products to take care of my skin properly. What also make things more complicated that I live in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and we have crazy humid and hot summers. Even winters are very hot and every day sunny! Before when I used put makeup, I had to touch up within 3 hours max, even though I’m working in an office environment with AC. I tried a lot of face washes, moisturisers, makeup primers… But my skin is also sensitive and some of them was really harsh.
A few weeks back I decided to get rid of the artificial chemicals from my skincare routine and after a LONG research I found this brand. I have bought the Organic Facial Wash as well as the Organic Facial Moisturizer.
I use the moisturizer after the face wash. A very little is enough of it for my whole face and it leaves my skin super moisturised with a nice firming effect. I was not super fond of the smell of it first, but I don’t even notice it anymore. Easy to get used to it, specially with these results.
But now the best part!!!! On the second day I decided not to use my usual primer under my foundation, simply because my skin felt so nice and I had the feeling the moisturizer already provides perfect base for my foundation. And my feeling turned out to be super true!! I checked my face every hour, and on purpose I didn’t ink up any excess oil I had on my skin. By 3pm (6 hours after I applied makeup) I decided I do a little oil control with a blotting paper but even if I didn’t do it I would have felt still comfortable on my skin! How amazing is this??
I really recommend this product to anyone with similar skin and struggles. It really was a savior for me and can’t be happier.
Last but not least, a big shout out to their customer service team! I had some hick-ups with the delivery and they were super helpful, nice and professional – even when I turned a bit rude from frustration.. Super team and great products!!

Best moisturizer I have found so far! I have oily/dry combination skin prone to acne breakouts. I’ve tried so many different moisturizers to fit my skin while being made from non-comedogenic and non-toxic ingredients. This is the only one I have found that fits the bill! I waited two months to write a review so I could have a good idea of this. Right off the bat, I pushed the top down all the way and enough came out in my hand to also moisturize both my arms! Then I read the insert that warns of it being highly concentrated and to barely push down. It really is, and after two months I still have quite a bit left. It smells great, but not for long or too much. And it’s not greasy and absorbs immediately. I will order it again.

Lots women buy this and I can see why its a natural no chemical Facial Moisturizer but just want to say as a 60 yr old guy in dry places like California I really get dry skin and this is great, a small amount on face before bed does great to keep my skin from looking like an alligator and when i live part time in south east Asia more tropical and humid weather also use every evening as it does not feel to greasy and after few moments its all good…my face/skin loves it..
As most people see with the web you can read and see easy all the nasty ass chemicals that even the huge big brands like Avenno, etc. use its nice that Facial Moisturizer from Christina Moss Naturals worked hard to make an organic natural option and is always improving also.
If your a dude, here’s my advice…if you don’t want have skin on your face that looks like crocodile and all natural not chemicals that lower testosterone and load estrogen into your body do your research and try a natural product like this one.. just my personal opinion …

I’ve had one or two pimples but that’s less compared to what I use to deal with ? And I’m an adult! I really like this moisturizer. I have very dry, sensitive skin and this hasn’t irritated it all for the two weeks that I’ve been using it. It’s not a thick cream, more of a thin cream that absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave your skin feeling oily, but it moisturizes very well. I use it in the morning and night after washing my face. I’ve noticed a difference in my skin overall. It looks healthier and now that it’s not so parched, my fine lines are slightly less defined. There is a slight Anise scent when first applied, that fades after a few minutes. For people who are new to organic/natural products, the scent may bother you, but I personally really like it. I hate the scent of synthetic, fruity, chemical laden products, so a little Anise scent is fine with me. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone and will absolutely be ordering it again once this jar is used.

I have been searching for a moisturizer that is healthy by its content and that will actually work. Since dealing with menopause, my face has been waging war on me – Grrrr! Dry, sensitive, seemingly to develop fine lines and wrinkles overnight – double Grrrr!! I have had so much trouble finding a product that actually works. I finally did with Christina Moss Naturals Moisturizer and I also use their Facial Wash. I can’t believe that after years of so many different products, I actually found something that does everything for my face (and neck) without any irritation whatsoever – YAY! 😀 A small amount goes a very long way. After cleansing and applying a very nice c – serum, I wait at least 15 minutes to a 1/2 hour before applying the moisturizer. Do not overwork product, very important, apply very lightly with upward circular strokes. I was in contact with this company, CEO I believe, named Kenny because I had questions before purchasing. He promptly answered all via email, and also gave me further very good information on their products. My face and neck have done an about face, pardon the pun. 🙂 As I have only been using for a couple of weeks, I just expect my face to continue to get better and better. Needless to say I am thrilled and highly recommend their products. I hope I will always be able to purchase at this price from Amazon, very reasonable in my opinion and definitely worth it! 🙂

I suffer from some auto immune diseases that have utterly wreaked havoc on my skin. I either look like I’m going through puberty at age 42 or that I have excessive dry spots at any and all times. I have only used this product for a few days and my skin is clearing, it’s soft and smooth and non-greasy! Everything else I have tried has broke my skin out or given me an allergic reaction- no matter how natural or how “sensitive skin friendly” they claimed to be. This cream is very light weight and absorbs quickly. That was such a relief for me as my skin is in such bad shape. To notice a difference the first day was amazing. The second day even better. It’s mind boggling. On top of that, the product manufacturers have emailed me personally to see how I like it and ask how it was working. I don’t ever remember such top notch customer service. They said if it ends up not working out, I’d get my money back so I feel very relieved in that sense as well considering the amount of moisturizers I have tried in the past few years and the amounts of money I have spent. This stuff is truly amazing and so is the customer service.
